The SANISTRA team is utilized for the reorganization of small and medium sized enterprises by banks, tax accountants, attorneys, and finance investors.  From the perspective of the company cycle the project begins in the later maturity phase or turnaround phase.  Due to often times major delay in the company owners’ willingness to implement change and accept external involvement the project start of our reorganization work usually commences when the company has already entered the critical turnaround phase. 

Our daily work is comprised of three different phases: 1 Active Crisis Prevention, 2 Results-Driven Reorganization, 3 Involvement after Stabilization.  SANISTRA lays the foundation for sustained going concern!
